I work as a massage therapist and coach in Stockholm, Sweden and have since 2010 run my own company. The daily work as a massage therapist includes meeting people with issues around movement of the body, a problem giving pain and affecting their daily lives. Headaches, backaches, knees or shoulders – all painful. My experience during my years and meeting hundreds of people, is that a physical problem often origins in inner stress from a trauma, often early in life. Meeting clients with these issues gave me need for a new tool.
In 2013 I got the opportunity I had waited for: “Applied Body – Mind including hypnosis and Trauma Tapping. Trauma Tapping is a very powerful tool, it works extremely well combined with massage and gives me the possibility to meet and solve issues that earlier was impossible. Every session Is unique, the client needs is my guideline. What amazes me the most with Trauma Tapping is that the there is no need for the clients to explain the trauma, to expose the problem, it works without words, it works fast and is simple to teach.
You are always welcome – no problem is too small, please just give me a call.
I currently work as a resident physician of psychiatry at Region Halland. I studied hypnosis, theoretically, for several years but didn’t take any courses until this year (2015) – namely the basic course and hypnotic coaching at the hands of Fredrik Praesto.
I was reintroduced to the topic hypnosis in 2009 when I read books by Henrik Fexeus – which often refers to Milton Erickson. I had previously picked up a book on hypnosis at the tender age of 9 – but it was too dry and boring for a little boy with notorious bad patience. I was fascinated and has since bought home an extensive library of sound, image and text. I try to read as much as I can and the works of as many writers as possible to be broad in my understanding of the phenomenon hypnosis. Some favorites are Areed Barabasz, Igor Ledochowski, Stephen Brooks, Milton Erickson, Richard Bandler, etc.
Presently, there isn’t a great acceptance or understanding of hypnosis where I work. I have solved it by offering hypnosis at the end of my patient sessions – for my own training and so that the patient can get help with some problems and, at worst, only a relaxation. I will continue to improve my skills in silence, but the hope is to introduce hypnosis as an addition to our current treatments as it is an evidence-based art-form that has not, unfortunately, received it’s rightful place in medicine – but above all, it is something that the patient deserves and has the the right to demand. I see it as an exciting challenge to work for better understanding and acceptance – for better health care.
My philosophy is to study everything and everyone. Twist and turn everything into absurdity. Listen to others but do not buy their words straight off – try and see what works for yourself. Humility is essential if you do not want to walk the same path as some of the early hypnotists who started to believe the myth of their own excellence – and payed dearly for it. My favorite role-model is Ambroise-Auguste Liébeault, a nineteenth century physician, who spent more than twenty years working with poor people before he received recognition and in many cases offered hypnosis for free if the patient choose it instead of conventional treatment.

“It is really amazing what people can do. Only they don’t know what they can do.” (Milton Erickson)
Most people seek opportunities to reach their goals. Sometimes it can be easier than you think. It might be to find a balance, harmony and to achieve true satisfaction in life. It might be to manage or change certain habits.
People should be aware of the available resources and opportunities to take advantage of the potential that exists.
For this to happen you need to find a way to communicate with your subconscious, which knows all about you and where your personal first aid is available.
How will you get there?
I can be a link between you and your subconscious mind and guide you all the way there.
We need no miracle to be able to change our lives. I think most people can already have the power to create miracles, in themselves.
Originally I am from Turkey, and I work in health care in Sweden. In addition to this, I help students who need motivation and help to adapt in the school.
I am interested in research about parapsychological phenomena. When I go to Turkey I teach the basics of hypnosis in short courses.

Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Past Life regression, NLP practitioner, EFT, Reiki healer
There’s a bridge from the field of swimcoaching to hypnosis and therapy. I have walked that bridge. Taking with me 30 years of experience in coaching and mental training. Not only peak performance strategies but also other coping skills. Learning hypnosis, NLP and EFT made coaching much more effective. Treatment fields were soon expanding from sports performance to self image issues, confidence, weight management, fears and phobias, anxiety etc.
I have diplomas from SSEAH (Swedish School for Ethical and Analytical Hypnotherapy) in hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis and regressions which are effective tools in hypnotherapy but I prefer not to be seen as limited to only those. If one approach to a clients challenge doesn’t work I have plenty of other methods to apply. Humor is not taught in schools. Neither is empathy, but they are included in my sessions as natural components when propriate. Smiles, laughter and tears are common, even in more turbulent situations. As a therapist I always take your problems seriously, listen and do my very best with each client. I’m a solution seeker and think that there are more solutions than challenges.! We work together as a team. So let us get started in finding some new solutions for You now. I am especially interested in, but not limited to, helping you with anxiety issues, self image issues and performances (not only sports).
The greatest reward for me is seeing a releaved client smiling goodbye after successfull therapy. This happens often … Will You be next?
