life.. to take the first steps that lead you on a new path..
and you don’t know already how this path will guide you there to find what you’re searching for and how that special goal will show up. I have studied to become a Hypnosis Coach, with Fredrik Praesto as our excellent teacher. In my spairtime I like to exercise, I train martial arts (taekwondo), I am a singer and I’m fascinated about what hypnosis can do to help people make a really helpful powerful inner change. The tools are wonderful where you can let your imagination wander off and set the direction how far you want to go and where.
